May 20, 2023Tregaskiss has launched an online configurator at tregaskiss.com/configuremygun for its TOUGH GUN TT4 reamer robotic nozzle cleaning stations. The mobile-friendly configurator allows users to customize an analog or ethernet reamer for their application.
To configure a model, users select the V-block and cutter blade to match the OD and bore of their robotic MIG gun nozzle. They then can select from various add-ons, including a wire cutter or nozzle detect. Users also can choose accessories sold separately, such as a reamer stand, antispatter liquid, and an antispatter multifeed system.
After all components are chosen, the configurator provides a summary of the selections, along with a part number for the reamer. Users can access replacement parts lists and exploded view diagrams that they can print, save in PDF format, or share via email.
