1.Special Chracteristics of Horizontal CNC Lathe with milling drilling function:

 

1. 2 guide rails with one flat rail and swallow tail (mountain) type rail. 3 guide rails, 4 guide rails , all are available according to work-piece weight and customer's request.3. Specially designed a milling and drilling head unit drived by servo motor and installed on the horizontal lathe machine to realize both turning, milling and drilling functions. This technology obtained our national patent with certificate.

 

2. Specially designed a kind of convenent /flexible operation panel system, which obtained our national patent.

PLC with Digital Readout Instrument: This machine is installed double axis digital readout system of X& Z axis which realizes the digital display function by digital readout ruler installed on the sliding plates of both X and Z axis. The digital readout ruler mainly includes ruler and reading head. When the sliding plate moves, the reading head can realize exact readings and display through the LCD. The number displayed may be accurate to three decimal places with high display accuracy.

3. We specially designed a kind of convenient Manual Pulse Generator which installed on the side of operation panel.

4. High Accuracy, Stability and Rigidity of lathe machine. The Positioning and re-positioning accuracy can be very high.

5. This lathe can be intalled a high precision grating ruler which can inspect and test the work-piece after turning process.
