Product Description

The blind plate is mainly used to completely isolate the production medium to prevent the shut-off valve from being closed tightly, affecting production, and even causing accidents. The blind plate should be set in the part where isolation is required, such as the equipment nozzle, before and after the shut-off valve or between two flanges, and it is often recommended to use a figure 8 blind; Insert plates (round blinds) can also be used for single-use parts such as pressing and purgingIt is generally divided into four types: forging, casting and forging, medium plate cutting, and casting. Among them, the price of forging products is the highest, followed by medium plate, and casting and forging are the lowest. Casting is the most secondary process. And the quality is good for forging and medium plate, and casting and forging is slightly worse.

 

1. In the original start-up preparation stage, when the strength test or tightness test of the pipeline is carried out, it cannot be carried out simultaneously with the connected equipment (such as turbine, compressor, gasifier, reactor, etc.), and a blind plate should be set at the connection between the equipment and the pipeline.
2. When the device stops, if the pipeline is still running, a blind plate is set at the shut-off valve.
3. When the device is a multi-series, the total pipeline from outside the boundary area is divided into thousands of pipes into each series, and a belly plate is set at the shut-off valve of each sub-pipeline.
4. When the device is to be regularly repaired, inspected or switched to each other, when the equipment involved needs to be completely isolated, a blind plate is set at the shut-off valve.
5. When the process pipeline of pressure filling pipeline and replacement gas pipeline (such as nitrogen pipeline and compressed air pipeline) is connected to the equipment, a belly plate is set at the shut-off valve.
6. The low point of equipment and pipelines is cleaned, if the process medium needs to be concentrated in a unified collection system, a blind plate is set after shut-off valve.
7. The exhaust pipe, liquid discharge pipe and sampling pipe of the equipment and pipeline should be set with blind plates or wire plugs behind the valve. Except for non-toxic, non-hazardous to health and non-explosive materials.
8. When the device is constructed in phases, there are interconnected pipelines set up at the shut-off valve to facilitate subsequent engineering construction.
